Milan is a Data Scientist working on improving healthcare analytics in the NHS. He is interested in evaluating clinical interventions and bringing evidence into practice. Before joining the Bennett Institute he finished his DPhil in Experimental Psychology at the Oxford Centre for Anxiety Disorders and Trauma and gained experience analysing routinely collected NHS patient data. He likes good documentation, reproducible analyses, consistent variable names, and mountains.
