Jade is a Product Manager at the Bennett Institute. Her passion is to enable open, transparent, and reproducible research by working to align research software infrastructure with the needs of the users from an innovative lens. Prior to joining the Bennett Institute, she was a Product Manager for behavioural science software.

She also has a background in academic research, from understanding inhibitory motor control in Parkinson’s disease to strategies for learning and memory in the classroom. She has a PhD Psychology and MRes Psychology from the University of Manchester and a BSc Psychology from the University of Lincoln.

In her spare time, she enjoys reading (particularly sci-fi/fantasy), swimming, video games, and learning as many new things as she can.
